At Modus Pizzeria, 90% of the ingredients we use come from Cilento, a land steeped in history, tradition, and unique biodiversity. Paestum buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes from the Agro Sarnese-Nocerino area, and premium flours are just some of the wonders that make every pizza special.
We offer two types of dough that reflect our passion: Cilento pizza, rustic and authentic, and Neapolitan pizza, soft and light, enhanced with toppings that celebrate the genuine flavours of the Mediterranean diet.
