After witnessing the success of this endeavour, he decided to bring the authentic flavours of the Mediterranean diet to Milan, a city that enthusiastically embraced his vision. In 2022, Modus was born—a concept that combines the simplicity of Cilento pizza with modern baking techniques, celebrating the beauty of leavened dough and local ingredients every day.
